At Smosh Store, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
